Built on experience. Focused on your decisions.
Satovio was founded by Jerry Lu, a sourcing, purchasing and product development professional with more than 20 years of experience serving retailers across Europe and North America. His background includes roles with OBI, ADEO, Kingfisher, Carrefour, RONA and Michaels.
Jerry understands the decisions behind the data: which products deserve a place in the range, how specifications and quality affect price, what customer feedback reveals, and what makes a supplier’s proposal commercially convincing. His experience connects market research with the realities of product development, sourcing and negotiation.
That experience shapes Satovio’s approach: start with your business question, use AI to organise and analyse the evidence, and apply commercial judgement to the findings. You work directly with Jerry to define the scope and discuss the results. He personally reviews each analysis, with sources, assumptions and limitations made clear.
